AT Tutorial

Hi.Its nice to see,how you try help others.
I dont know,If I can do it.

1.How is the name of the portugese drawingprogram u use in this tutorial!?
2.Where is your tutorial for the Dragon ball art!?
3.How many minutes you need to come to finish till picture 3?
3a.And how many hours you need for making all of this with colouration!?
4.I dont know,if I can do it step 3,till your third picture on the tutorial.
I see the outlines getting more thick on her face,I see points connected to lines/strokes.
Are you using a lassotool  to connect the points with the strokes.
If I use the lassotool,the lines cannot stop wandering.
I have big difficulties with it.
How you do that!?
The most important part is for me,till before the colouring part.
I want understand it.

5.And how it works with the Camada/Nivel/Level/Flat/Ebene
I mean I have difficulties to work with the levels(The fields with the eyes,what makes the picture
visible or invisible.
You work more proffessional with it.

6.The last:How you work with the selection/Selecao/Auswahl,
also with a Lasso tool,to connect the points with the outlines,to feel them with bucket tool(Her black hair)
I understand,how to use the bucket tool,but not the step before.
