Polar

I finally finished creating one of my main villains of my stories. He's name is Polar(lool I based myself on North Pole) and he's a very strick man, and also very cruel. He was one of Breeze's pretendent's, choosed by her Grandfather himself, but she refused his offer. Let's say he has a bit of a grudge against her, and wants to make her pay(in his case, by the worst scenerio, forcing her to marrying him, since if he kills her, it's like taking the easy way out). So he's one my main villains, he has almost every Frieza attacks, but instead of using telekinises he uses tiny ki balls that explode near their target and his ultimum attack is a powerfull deathwave of ki(imagine a nuclear bomb exploding and the force just wipping out anything on it's way.)

He's supposed to be second in command back at the original Planet Changeling(Breeze's and her brother's homeplanet), along side her grandfather Ice. He's ruthless and likes to kill and destroy when he has the chance.
